SEO Company in DeBary, FL
I'm ten minutes up 17-92, and I do the work myself.
If someone in DeBary searches for what you do right now, either you come up or a competitor does. That's the whole thing. I figure out which one is happening and what it would take to change it.
I'm Anthony DePina. I do local SEO for DeBary businesses from Deltona, about six miles away, and when you call, you're talking to the person doing the work. No account managers, no outsourcing.

What I Actually Do
No packages, no jargon. Here's the actual work.
Google Business Profile and the map pack
For most DeBary businesses this is the whole ballgame. The three results on the map get the calls, and everything below them fights for scraps. I optimize the profile properly: categories, services, photos, the description, and the review side of it, which is the part almost nobody keeps up with.
Your pages, built to be found
Titles, headings, page structure, internal links, schema. The unglamorous part. If Google can't tell what a page is about, it doesn't matter how good the page is.
Pages for the things people actually search
One page that says "services" doesn't rank for anything. Separate pages for each thing you do, written for the way people actually type it, is what gets you found. It's the single biggest structural fix on most sites I look at.
The technical side
Speed, mobile, broken links, crawl errors, duplicate pages. I check it and I fix what's worth fixing. I'll also tell you when something isn't worth fixing, which saves you money.
Reporting you can read
Every month you get where you rank, what changed, and what I'm doing next. In plain language. If you can't understand the report, it isn't a report.
The Guy Doing Your SEO Lives Down the Road
I'm Anthony DePina. Based in Deltona, about six miles from downtown DeBary, and I've been building sites and doing local SEO for Central Florida businesses for ten years.
That closeness matters more than it sounds. I've driven 17-92 a thousand times. I know which businesses in DeBary are actually competing with you and which ones just have a bigger ad budget. And when you call, you get me, not a project manager and not someone in another time zone reading a script.
Local SEO in DeBary
Local SEO in DeBary is a different job than SEO in Orlando, and smaller in a way that works in your favor.
DeBary has around 22,000 people. The search volume is modest, but the intent is high, and the competition is thin. Most businesses here have a Google profile somebody set up years ago and never touched again. A profile that's actually maintained, plus a site with real pages for real services, is often enough to move into the top three.
The other thing about a market this size is that DeBary customers don't stay inside DeBary. They search from Orange City, from Deltona, from the SunRail platform, from Gemini Springs. So the work covers the whole cluster, not one zip code.
That corridor happens to be where I live and work, which is not a coincidence and not a sales line. It's just the map.
Featured Build: Flush and Go Drain Services
When the Phone Ringing Is the Whole Business
Jose runs a septic and drain company in Sanford, about fifteen minutes from DeBary. When he came to me he had a one-page site he'd put together in Canva. It was outdated, it wasn't built for mobile, and it had no structure underneath it at all, so it wasn't showing up for anything.
For a business like his, the website has exactly one job: someone with a backed-up drain needs to find him and call in under thirty seconds. So I built it around that. Real service pages instead of one catch-all, the phone number impossible to miss on every screen, and a structure Google could actually read.
"Can't I just do this myself?"
Sometimes, yes. Here's the honest version.
You can absolutely claim your Google profile, fill it in, and ask a few customers for reviews. That's free, it takes an afternoon, and for some businesses it's genuinely most of the benefit. I'd rather tell you that than sell you something you don't need.
Where it stops working is everything underneath.
The profile only performs if the website behind it backs it up, and that part isn't an afternoon. It's page structure, service pages, internal linking, schema, load speed, and mobile behavior. Any one of those is learnable. All of them together, while you're running a business, is a second job.
The other thing is that SEO doesn't tell you when you've done it wrong. A bad site doesn't crash. It just quietly doesn't rank, for months, while you assume it's working.
So the honest answer is that if you've got time and patience, start with the profile yourself and see what happens. When you want to know why it plateaued, call me.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Three to six months for most businesses, sometimes sooner for the Google profile side since map pack movement can happen faster than organic. Anybody promising page one in thirty days is either lying or targeting keywords nobody searches. I'd rather set the expectation correctly up front than have you disappointed in month two.
-
That's usually where I start, because for a local business the map pack is where the calls come from. It means optimizing your Google Business Profile properly, keeping your name, address and phone consistent everywhere they appear online, and building a habit of asking customers for reviews. Proximity matters too, which I'll be straight with you about: if your address is in DeBary, you have a real shot at the DeBary map pack.

I'm one person and I do the work. You're not going to get handed off to an account manager, and nothing gets outsourced. That means I take on fewer clients than an agency does, and it also means the person who answers the phone is the person who knows your account. I'm in Deltona, about six miles away, so if you'd rather meet in person than get on a call, that's easy.

It depends on what your site looks like now and what you're competing for, so I won't throw a number at you before I've looked. What I will do is tell you the price and the scope before you commit to anything. No discovery phase that turns into an invoice.
-
Often I can work with what you have. If the site is reasonably modern and built on a platform I can get into, fixing the structure is cheaper than starting over, and I'll say so. If it's a template from 2016 that's slow on mobile and can't be edited, I'll say that too. I'll tell you which one you're dealing with after I look at it.
